DCC Delicious holds the right to reject or cancel certain orders which are inadequate to fulfill due to the limited quantity of items available to buy, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or difficulties observed by our credit & fraud detection unit. We will notify you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if further information is needed to receive your order. In case the product offered by DCC Delicious is not as described, then it should be promptly notified to DCC Delicious & return the product in unused condition.
Also, if we speculate any fraudulent transaction by any consumer or any transaction which opposes the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will keep a negative list of all fraudulent transactions & consumers and would refuse access to them or cancel any orders ordered by them.
